In order to recharge online, your MÓBILIS CARD:

  • The card must be in perfect condition and be verified and authorised by the Móbilis system.
  • The client must be registered in the system and have acquired an initial monthly recharge in one of EMT Valencia’s Customer Service Offices.
  • The EMT Jove Customized Card can only be used to recharge the EMTJove monthly payment (it cannot be shared with Bonobús or BonoMetro, as is the case with other Móbilis products). Any product other than EMT Jove is incompatible with this card.
  • You can load a maximum of two recharges onto your card.
  • It is advisable to recharge the card before you run out of journeys. Thus, you will be able to travel even in the event of incidents when using the card. In the event of an incident, take the card to the EMT Customer Service Office in order to resolve the problem.

In order to effect payment, you must be aware that your BANK CARD:

  • May a credit or a debit card.
  • Remember that you must provide the details of the credit or debit card, as well as the corresponding security codes.
  • Upon completion of the operation, a confirmation message will appear on the screen indicating that the purchase has been carried out successfully. You will also receive an email with confirmation of the purchase at the address provided.

Remember that, in order to use the journeys charged to the card when travelling by bus:

  • You must have purchased the journeys at least 30 minutes prior to taking a bus. This is the period required to ensure that our buses have received information relative to your recharge and that your card will be recharged when validated on a bus.
  • The recharge will remain latent in the system for 15 days. During this period, the card will be automatically updated during the validation process. Following this 15-day period, any inactivated recharges can be recovered at any EMT Customer Service.
  • Remember that You must recharge your card using the validator located at the front of the bus, next to the driver.
  • Insert the card into the validator for a few seconds until you are notified that it has been recharged and the corresponding journey validated.
  • In the event of any incidents, take the card to the EMT Customer Service Office . You are advised to keep and present your receipt.
