EMT Valencia will publish de results obtained when applying the commitments included in this letter. These commitments can be found in our Web Site and in the Customer Service Office.

Compensations

All our clients are entitled to a compensation if, for reasons under EMT control (breakdown or similar), it was impossible to continue with the trip or to substitute the vehicle. Compensations will be carried out with single ticket given at when you present the corresponding validated ticket.
